This protocol is an effective relaxation procedure. Prepare yourself by wearing comfortable loose clothing, sitting or lying in your most comfortable place. Plan a time when you will not be interrupted or distracted. A quality headset makes for the most enjoyable listening.
You will be guided through a series of suggestions to promote physical relaxation and then through guided imagery as I describe a cycle of confidence building. Use this protocol for a brief period of time in your day for calming and centering yourself, and thus re-energizing yourself to face the rest of your day.
