It was not essential that I put this protocol up as it is a replication of the previous autogenic training protocol. I am doing so for a time convenience. Once autogenic training has been mastered you will be able to maintain that skill through listening to the short form. But the skill must be first learned using the extended version.
This protocol is an effective relaxation procedure. Prepare yourself by wearing comfortable loose clothing, sitting or lying in your most comfortable place. Plan a time when you will not be interrupted or distracted. A quality headset makes for the most enjoyable listening.
